Independents 10, Pendle’s True Independents 2. On the edge of the Pennines and including the site of the witchcraft trials of 1612. Based on the towns of Nelson and Colne, also including Barnoldswick.

There is a byelection in Vivary Bridge on 1 May (held by the Conservatives). The Liberal Democrats gained a seat in Vivary Bridge from the Conservatives at a byelection on 6 March.
