East Wycombe Independent 2, Independent 1. All non-Conservative councillors form a single group. One of the home counties, and the only county council to stay Conservative in 1993. Its county hall building in Aylesbury is widely regarded as the biggest eyesore in the county.

Aylesbury North West has a byelection on 29 November (held by the Liberal Democrats). The council is to be abolished in 2020 and replaced by a unitary council.
