Local Independents 9 (Borough First Independents 6, Old Windsor Residents’ Association 2, Independent 1), West Windsor Residents’ Association 2, Independent 1, National Flood Prevention Party 1. East Berkshire prosperity and high technology industry; includes some famous locations: Eton College, Ascot racecourse, Windsor Castle. Both of its towns are on the River Thames.

The Conservatives held Ascot and Sunninghill at a byelection on 17 October. Kashmir Singh (Riverside) moved from Liberal Democrat to Labour in August 2024, to Independent in October 2024. Geoff Hill (Oldfield) left the Borough first Independents but remained in the Local Independents group in August 2024.
