Alan Dean (Bybrook) and Kate Leavey (Beaver) moved from Labour to Independent in February 2025. Bill Barrett (Singleton East) moved from Ashford Independents to Independent in February 2025, to Reform UK in March 2025. The Green Party gained Aylesford and East Stour from Labour at a byelection on 17 October.
