Trevor Shonk (Ramsgate) moved from Independent to Reform UK in March 2025. Dirk Ross (Ashford South) moved from Conservative to Independent in January 2025, to Reform UK in March 2025. Barry Lewis (Margate) moved from Labour to Independent in November 2024. Reform UK gained Swanscombe and Greenhithe from Swanscombe and Greenhithe Residents’ Association at a byelection on 21 November.
