Reform UK 2, Wyre Independent Group 2, Independent 1. North coast of Lancashire, north of Blackpool and Preston. Includes Fleetwood and Poulton-le-Fylde, which are contiguous with Blackpool; the district is divided by the River Wyre. Also stretches to Garstang on the M6.

Reform UK gained a seat in Marsh Mill from the Conservatives at a byelection on 7 November. David Higgs (Marsh Mill) moved from Conservative to Reform UK in June 2024.
