Katrina Faccenda (Leith) was suspended from the Labour whip in January-February 2025. In a two seat byelection in Colinton/Fairmilehead on 23 January, Conservative and Labour took seats from the Liberal Democrats and the Scottish National Party. Cammy Day (Forth) moved from Labour to Independent in December 2024.
