Huntingdonshire

HDC Independent Group 10, Cambs Independent Group 7. Demoted from being a county in 1974 but now a rapidly growing area in the east of England, between Cambridge and Peterborough. Includes the towns of St Ives, and Ramsey - the first local council to be run by UKIP.

An HDC Independent gained St Neots Eatons from the Conservatives at a byelection on 19 September.
