Rob Hannaford (Exwick and St Thomas) and Paul Henderson (Chulmleigh and Landkey) moved from non-aligned to Conservative in February 2025. Frank Biederman (Fremington Rural) moved from Independent to Liberal Democrat in January 2025. Janet Bradford (Newton Abbot South) left the South Devon Alliance in October 2024
