Independent 4, ungrouped Independent 2 (including one Arun Independent Group), Reform UK 1. West Sussex coast including Bognor Regis and Littlehampton, Arundel further inland; named after the River Arun. One of the few councils to stay Conservative throughout the 1990s. Small scale employers and some tourism.

Trevor Bence (Aldwick East) moved from Conservative to ungrouped Independent in June 2024, to Reform UK in October 2024.
