The latest updates on local electoral information are as follows.
Results
- Croydon: The byelection in Selsdon Vale and Forestdale ward held on 3 November was won by Fatima Zaman. Conservative hold.
- Lichfield: The byelection in Chasetown ward held on 3 November was won by Paul Taylor. Labour gain from Conservative.
- Corporation of London: The byelection for a Common Councilman in Bridge and Bridge Without ward held on 3 November was won by Hugh Selka, a non-partisan candidate.
- Moray: The byelection in Buckie ward held on 3 November was won by John Stuart. Scottish National Party gain from Liberal Democrat.
- Nottinghamshire: The byelection in Eastwood division held on 3 November was won by Kane Oliver. Independent gain from Conservative.
- South Cambridgeshire: The byelection for two seats in Longstanton ward held on 3 November was won by Tom Bygott (Conservative) and Natalie Warren-Green (Liberal Democrat). The Conservatives gained one seat from the Liberal Democrats; the Liberal Democrats held the other.
- Wiltshire: The byelection in Salisbury St Paul’s division held on 3 November was won by Sam Charleston. Liberal Democrat gain from Conservative.
Changes of allegiance
- Bolton: Beverley Fletcher, who was elected for the Conservatives in Breightmet ward but left the party last January, has joined the Labour Party.
- East Dunbartonshire: Aileen Polson, who was elected for the Liberal Democrats in Milngavie ward, has been suspended from the party after being charged with electoral fraud.
- North Northamptonshire: Scott Brown, who was elected for the Conservatives in Earls Barton ward, has again had the whip suspended.
- Renfrewshire: Eddie Devine, who was elected for the Labour Party in Paisley Southeast ward, has left the party to sit as a non-aligned councillor.
- Surrey: Andy Lynch, who was elected for the Conservatives in Horley West, Salfords and Sidlow division, has had the Conservative whip removed and is sitting as an Independent county councillor.
- Waverley: Jan Floyd-Douglass, who was elected for the Conservatives in Witley and Hambledon ward, has left the party to sit as an Independent councillor.
New vacancies
- Central Bedfordshire: Cranfield and Marston Moretaine ward, after the death of Conservative councillor Ken Matthews. Term ends May next year.
- Sefton: Netherton and Orrell ward, after the resignation of Labour councillor Robert Brennan. Term ends 2024.
- Somerset West and Taunton: South Quantock ward, after the death of Conservative councillor Anthony Trollope-Bellew. His term would have ended at the end of next March so no byelection will be held.
- South Kesteven: Toller ward, after the resignation of Independent councillor Jan Hansen. Term ends May next year.
- Test Valley: Andover Romans ward, after the resignation of Conservative councillor Nick Matthews. Term ends May next year.

- Amber Valley: The byelection due in Wingfield ward will be held on 15 December.
- Colchester: The byelection for two seats in Highwoods ward will be held on 8 December.
- Lincolnshire: The byelection due in Spalding West division will be held on 8 December.
- Medway: The byelection due in Peninsula ward will be held on 8 December.
- South Holland: The byelection due in Spalding Monks House ward will be held on 8 December.
- South Kesteven: The byelection due in Toller ward will be held on 15 December.
