- Bournemouth: The two seat byelection in Kinson South ward on 10 December was won by Norman Decent and Roger Marley. The Conservatives regained two seats for which the previous election had been declared void due to a ballot paper mix-up.
- Fylde: The byelection in Clifton ward on 10 December was won by Peter Anthony. Conservative hold.
- Harborough: The byelection in Market Harborough Logan ward on 10 December was won by Barbara Johnson. Liberal Democrat hold.
- Huntingdonshire: The byelection in Huntingdon East ward on 10 December was won by Steve Greenall. Liberal Democrat gain from UK Independence Party.
- North East Derbyshire: The byelection in Coal Aston ward on 10 December was won by Gareth Hopkinson. Conservative hold.
- North East Derbyshire: The byelection in Holmewood and Heath ward on 10 December was won by Suzy Cornwell. Labour hold.
- South Lanarkshire: The byelection in Blantyre ward on 10 December was won by Mo Razzaq. Labour hold.

- North West Leicestershire: Measham South ward, after the resignation of Labour councillor Tom Neilson following his arrest. Term ends 2019.

- Chiltern: The byelection due in Amersham Town ward will be held on 11 February 2016.
