Results

  • Lancaster: The byelection in Castle ward held on 14 March was won by Isabella Metcalf-Riener. Green Party hold.
  • Wiltshire: The byelection in Cricklade and Latton division held on 14 March was won by Nick Dye. Liberal Democrat hold.

  • Adur: St Mary’s ward, after the resignation of Labour councillor Cat Arnold. Term ends 2026.
  • Amber Valley: Crich and South Wingfield ward, after the resignation of Conservative councillor Dawn Harper. Term ends 2027.
  • Basildon: Pitsea South East ward, after the death of the Mayor of Basildon Luke Mackenzie who was a Conservative councillor. As his term was due to end in May, no byelection ensues.
  • Bolton: Horwich North ward, after the resignation of Horwich and Blackrod First Independents councillor Craig Rotheram. Term ends 2026.
