Bradford: Julie Lintern, who was elected for the Labour Party in Keighley West ward, has left the party to sit as an Independent councillor.
Bury: Tamoor Tariq, who was elected for the Labour Party in Redvales ward but suspended from the whip in January, has now returned.
Cannock Chase: Paul Fisher, who was elected for the Liberal Democrats in Brereton and Ravenhill ward but had left the party, has now joined the Labour Party.
Castle Point: Godfrey Isaacs, who was elected for the Conservatives in St James’ ward, has left the party to sit as an Independent councillor.
Cheltenham: Sandra Holliday, who was elected for the Liberal Democrats in St Marks ward but left the party group in 2023, has now returned.
Cheshire East: Laura Smith, who was elected for the Labour Party in Crewe South ward, has left the party following her suspension for voting against the budget.
Oadby and Wigston: Michael Charlesworth, who was elected for the Liberal Democrats in Wigston All Saints ward, has left the group and is sitting as an Independent councillor.
Redbridge: Tanweer Khan, who was elected for the Labour Party in Mayfield ward, has left the group and is sitting as an Independent councillor.
Rotherham: Marnie Havard, who was elected for the Labour Party in Wales ward, has left the party to sit as a non-aligned councillor.
Solihull: Stephen Rymer, who was elected for the Green Party in Chelmsley Wood ward, has left the party to sit as an Independent councillor.
Spelthorne: Denise Saliagopoulos, who was elected as an Independent candidate in Riverside and Laleham ward, has left the Independent Spelthorne Group and is now sitting as an unaffiliated Independent and supporting the Conservatives.
