The latest updates on local electoral information are as follows.
Results
Dudley: The byelection in Kingswinford North and Wall Heath ward on 25 February was won by Edward Lawrence. Conservative hold.
Dudley: The byelection in St James’s ward on 25 February was won by Cathryn Bayton. Labour hold.
Richmondshire: The byelection in Catterick ward on 25 February was won by Simon Young. Conservative hold.
Stratford-on-Avon: The byelection in Studley with Sambourne ward on 25 February was won by Hazel Wright. Liberal Democrat gain from Conservative; the outgoing councillor stood for re-election as an Independent candidate.
Allerdale: Dalton ward, after the resignation of Conservative councillor Colin Sharpe. Term ends 2019.
Allerdale: Moss Bay ward, after the death of Labour councillor Bill Bacon. Term ends 2019.
Castle Point: Canvey Island East ward, after the resignation of Independent councillor Colin Letchford. As his term was due to end in May, there will be no byelection.
Craven: The byelection due in Embsay-with-Eastby ward will be held on 31 March.
Manchester: Charlestown ward, after the resignation of Labour councillor Mark Hackett. As his term would have ended in May, there will be no byelection for a replacement.
