Independents 3. Town at the northern edge of the West Midlands, which is based on manufacturing. The residential areas of Aldridge, Darlaston and Willenhall are also included. Dave Church led a radical Labour group in the 1990s which fell foul of the national party.

Paddock ward will have a double vacancy election on 3 May (held by the Conservatives). Stephen Craddock (Brownhills) moved from UK Independence Party to Independent in November 2017.
