Results
- Greenwich: The byelection in Eltham North ward on 10 November was won by Charlie Davis. Conservative gain from Labour.
- Horsham: The byelection in Southwater ward on 10 November was won by Billy Greening. Conservative hold.
- North Hertfordshire: The byelection in Hitchin Oughton ward on 10 November was won by Martin Stears-Handscomb. Labour hold.
- Wandsworth: The byelection in Queenstown ward on 10 November was won by Aydin Dikerdem. Labour hold.
Change of allegiance
- North Lanarkshire: Tom Curley, who was elected for the Labour Party in Airdrie South ward, has left the party in protest at a report that he would not have been reselected. He will sit as an Independent and plans to stand for re-election.
New vacancy
- Taunton Deane: Blackdown ward, after the resignation of Conservative councillor Charlotte Edwards. Term ends 2019.

- St Edmundsbury: The byelection due in Moreton Hall ward will be held on 15 December.

- Teignbridge: The byelection due in Bovey ward will be held on 15 December.
